WHO WE ARE

Northwest Bayside Civic Association is a local community organization that covers the area of 26th Avenue and Francis Lewis Boulevard to the Clearview Expressway. 

NBCA was reorganized In October 2015 when we rallied the community in opposition to a six-story high school to be built on 32nd Avenue. We have actively advocated for the best interests of our community ever since.  We are proud to be bringing reliable community information directly to you.

WHAT WE DO

The Northwest Bayside Civic Association is your local community organization. As a member, you can have your voice heard and help preserve and improve our neighborhood. 

The NBCA is a community group that is inclusive, transparent, and wants to hear from you. Our mission is to bring the community together for the betterment of Northwest Bayside by providing all community residents a forum in which to address and handle community concerns.
